Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you cannot have made any material changes to the property, including clearing the land, any construction, excavation, or installation of services. And all payments must be current. Send any requests for waiver of these requirements along with your refund request to email@example.com.
As soon as your refund request is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We have an exchange policy that enables you to exchange your property for any other property available in our inventory at any time. You will receive a credit toward the new property in the exact amount you have provided payment for the old property. You will be charged the differential in sale price between the new property and the old property, if applicable.
