Guarantee# 1: Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy
You may cancel your purchase at any time up to 30 days after an all cash purchase or the start of a terms contract. Any cancellations made before 30 days, have equity, principal, and interest refundable, but not pro-rated property taxes/homeowner’s dues/ document fees/ or other fees collected. Any cancellations made after 30 days of service will not qualify for a refund.
But, if you are past 30 days, we have that covered as well with GUARANTEE #2:
Guarantee# 2: A Lifetime Credit Guarantee for Terms Buyers
So, let’s say that you are passed the 30 days and life happens….. what now????
Maybe you’ve made 6 months worth of payments or even a year or two of payments. While we don’t refund your money, what we do have is a lifetime credit guarantee.
Any cancellations made after 30 days of service will not qualify for a refund, but you can apply the principal and interest paid to another property now or in the future.

How does purchasing a property from your site work?
Three simple steps with minimal work for you. We’ll do the heavy lifting to close the property and transfer ownership to you.
STEP 1: Select a property and checkout to reserve the parcel you desire.
STEP 2: We’ll provide you the land purchase agreement–review, sign, return.
STEP 3: We’ll initiate the closing process either in-house or through a closing agent (such as a title company) to complete the sale.
Are you a real estate agent?
I am not a real estate agent. I personally buy every parcel of land sold by We Sell Acres—you will see my name and business on every property deed sold through this site.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Yes, I would love to help you find what you’re looking for. Just let me know via email, phone, text or all three. If I don’t have something to offer immediately, I will add you to our VIP Buyer’s List so you get notified before our properties are listed to the public.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
None. The sale price we agree to in writing is exactly the amount you pay at closing.
Why are your properties so cheap?
This is the key to the whole business: we are experts at locating and purchasing land at prices that allow us to sell to the public at significant discount to market. If we buy at wholesale or even below wholesale at times, we’re able to move properties fast by selling at significant discounts —often as much 50% of market—to people like you.
